Dear members,

To help you plan the year, we will be collecting the most important events in 2017 on a dedicated page on the Polis website: http://www.polisnetwork.eu/2017keyevents

The key event page lists all confirmed Polis Working Group meetings. We already have four Working Group meetings lined up for you:

On 21 March, a Road Safety Working Group on safer trucks will take place in Brussels, on 20-21 April 2017 Paris will host a joint WG meeting on Active Travel and Road Safety, while Madrid will welcome colleagues on 26-27 April 2017 for the next Bikesharing Working Group meeting. On 19 May, the Traffic Efficiency & Mobility Working Group meeting will discuss automation and MaaS in Brussels.

In addition, the most important European projects events and key conferences are being compiled, including for example the SUMP Conference, the CIVITAS Forum and of course our own 2017 Polis Conference on 7-8 December.

The key events page will be updated contineously as details become available - please bookmark it! This service is in addition to Polis' online event calendar, which remains the main tool for detailed information on upcoming and recent events and makes presentations available after the events.

Please make sure to be logged in as a member to the Polis website to also have access to events restricted to the membership. This is especially vital to access information on Working Group meetings. If you do not remember your login details, don’t hesitate to contact us.

We look forward to seeing you at one or more of the upcoming meetings and events and for now I wish you a pleasant read.

Kind regards,
Karen Vancluysen
Secretary General
