Cities' road safety efforts in the spotlight at Polis' side event at International Transport Forum |
On 23 May, more than 60 delegates of the International Transport Forum in Leipzig, Germany, discussed road safety priorities in cities and regions at a side event. Polis organised the event in cooperation with ETSC, iRAP, NACTO, New York City, the Open Transport Partnership and Volvo Group and contributed to increasing attention for the local level at this year's ITF summit. NYC presented their way towards "Vision Zero", for which it was presented the 2018 Transport Achievement Award the day after.
