Dear members,

Last week, we opened the call for abstracts for this year's Polis Conference. We encourage all our members to use this opportunity to showcase your transport achievements towards a large European audience. Submit your abstract until 7 June online: http://www.polisnetwork.eu/2013conference.

Next week, we will open registration to the Polis Conference. Register early to secure your seat allowing you to meet peers from across Europe and to network with representatives of the EU institutions on 4-5 December in Brussels. The Polis Annual General Assembly (AGA) will be held around the conference.

Open call: Funding for sustainable urban mobility campaigns

The European Commission's Sustainable Urban Mobility (SUM) campaign ("Do the right mix") has launched a second call for SUM funding applications. The funding available under this call will co-finance campaign initiatives taking place during the period running from 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014. Applications for the second round of funding must be submitted before 12:00 (CET) on 31 May 2013.
