Dear members,

We are delighted to report that every second Polis member was part of last week's 2013 Polis Conference programme! In addition, one third of the 350 participants represented Polis members. It is an excellent sign that a new record number of members made use of the Polis Conference to network with peers, talk to representatives of the European Commission and learn about transport development across Europe. We thank you all for joining us in Brussels or via the web stream and social media last week!

On the day prior to the Conference, Polis Annual General Assembly has elected the network's new president and board: Congratulations to the newly elected president Madrid and board members BKK Budapest, Stuttgart, LEPT, Pisa, Bilbao, Perugia, Tisséo and Rotterdam. Read more about it in this InfoPolis.

An active networker at the conference has been the region of Arnhem Nijmegen (NL), and we are delighted to welcome the metropolitan area of the Dutch cities of Nijmegen and Arnhem as a new Polis member! We look forward to successful collaboration and integration into the Polis network!

With this final issue of InfoPolis in 2013 we wish all our members an interesting read and a well deserved Christmas break!

Note: To read the full InfoPolis articles, do not forget to log in to the members area at www.polisnetwork.eu! Contact us if you do not know your login details!
