Dear members,

Yesterday, 19 Polis members met in Brussels with the European Commissioner for transport Violeta Bulc. On a political level we exchanged on ITS solutions, active travel, electromobility and sustainable urban transport plans (SUMPs) with the Commissioner and invited her to speak at the 2015 Annual Polis Conference on 19-20 November in Brussels. A joint symposium on transport and health for next year was considered. We will inform you in more detail about the meeting in the coming week.

Also this week, Polis' Working Group meeting on clean vehicles is taking place which representatives of eleven Polis members attend. A public part of the meeting was held this morning, in which the clean vehicle directive and portal were discussed with cities, associations and the EU Institutions. We'll report more about this Working Group in the coming weeks.
